Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the aditum.id website, the organizer console and the Aditum Guard and Aditum mobile apps.
1. About the service
Aditum is a registration and accreditation platform for event participants. An organizer requests console access at https://app.aditum.id/request-access or obtains it by agreement with the platform; the platform activates the workspace.
2. Staff accounts
An account is created by access request or by invitation from an organizer or the platform. The user is responsible for keeping credentials and the second factor safe and must report suspected compromise.
3. Mobile apps
Aditum Guard is intended for the organizer’s team and security and works with a dedicated access role. The Aditum app for participants needs no account and shows only events with a confirmed registration. By downloading the apps from the App Store or Google Play you also accept the respective store’s terms.
4. Acceptable use
Attempting to access other organizers’ data, bypassing masking or the audit log, or using the platform for mailings or automated data collection is prohibited.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is” within the limits set by the agreement with the organizer. We are not responsible for the content of registration forms or approval decisions — those are made by the organizer.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes are announced to organizers in advance.
7. Governing law
The parties will seek to resolve disputes by negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it is resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
