Public offer
This Public Offer (the "Offer") sets out the terms on which access to the Aditum software platform is provided and is the official proposal of Published LLC (ТОВ «Паблішед») to conclude a service agreement on the terms set out below.

hereinafter the "Supplier".
2. General provisions
2.1. Aditum is an online software platform for organising and managing events, interacting with participants and using the other features available in the System.
2.2. This Offer is addressed to legal entities, sole proprietors and other persons who use Aditum to organise and run events (the "User").
2.3. Payment for the Supplier’s services constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
2.4. The agreement between the Supplier and the User is deemed concluded from the moment payment is made.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Supplier grants the User the right to access the Aditum software platform and its features in accordance with the selected plan or the ordered service package.
3.2. The specific set of features, the scope of services, the access period and the cost are determined by the plan, invoice, order or other information selected by the User or provided by the Supplier before payment.
3.3. The features of Aditum may include, in particular:
- creating and configuring events;
- registering and managing participants;
- managing the event programme;
- managing speakers, venues and other event data;
- issuing and using electronic or physical badges;
- QR codes and access-control tools;
- communication with participants;
- analytics and administration tools;
- other features available in the respective plan or service package.
4. Price and payment
4.1. The cost of using Aditum is determined by the current plans or by an individual proposal agreed with the User.
4.2. The current cost is shown on the website, in the System, on the invoice or on the payment page before the payment is made.
4.3. Payment is made by non-cash transfer using the payment methods available on the website or in the System.
4.4. The User’s payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are successfully credited in favour of the Supplier.
4.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise when placing the order, the cost is set in Ukrainian hryvnia.
5. Provision of access
5.1. Access to Aditum is granted after successful payment for the respective plan or service package, unless the parties have agreed a different procedure.
5.2. The service is deemed to have started from the moment paid access to the System is activated.
5.3. The User is solely responsible for keeping the access credentials of their account safe.
6. Term of use
6.1. Access to the paid features of Aditum is granted for the period stated when placing the order or making the payment.
6.2. After the paid period ends, access to the respective paid features may be restricted until the next payment.
6.3. If a plan provides for automatic renewal, this and the frequency of payments must be communicated to the User before payment is made.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1. The User may stop using the paid services of Aditum.
7.2. If the User requests a refund before paid access has started, the amount paid may be refunded in full.
7.3. After paid access has been activated and used, whether a refund is possible and its amount are determined with regard to the services actually provided, the period of use and the circumstances of the particular request.
7.4. To resolve a refund request, the User must contact Aditum support and provide the information needed to identify the payment.
7.5. A refund, if agreed, is made by the same method the payment was made with, unless the law or the rules of the respective payment system provide otherwise.
8. User’s rights and obligations
8.1. The User undertakes to use Aditum in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the terms of this Offer.
8.2. The User may not use the System for unlawful activity, for infringing the rights of third parties or for distributing unlawful content.
8.3. The User is responsible for the information and materials the User places or processes in Aditum.
9. Supplier’s rights and obligations
9.1. The Supplier provides the User with access to the features of Aditum in accordance with the selected plan.
9.2. The Supplier may update, change and improve the features of the System.
9.3. The Supplier may temporarily restrict access to the System for maintenance, updates or troubleshooting.
9.4. The Supplier may restrict or terminate the User’s access if the User breaches the terms of this Offer or the requirements of the law.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. The software, design, structure, source code, trade marks and other components of Aditum are intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
10.2. Payment for the services does not transfer to the User any ownership of Aditum or its individual components.
10.3. The User is granted a limited right to use the features of the System during the paid period.
11. Liability
11.1. The parties are liable in accordance with this Offer and the applicable laws of Ukraine.
11.2. The Supplier is not liable for the inability to use the System caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of communication networks, third-party infrastructure or the actions of the User.
12. Personal data
12.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the Aditum Privacy Policy.
12.2. A User who enters into Aditum the personal data of participants, staff, speakers or other persons is responsible for having a proper legal basis for such processing.
13. Changes to the Offer
13.1. The Supplier may change the terms of this Offer by publishing a new version on the Aditum website.
13.2. The new version takes effect from the moment of its publication, unless the text of the Offer expressly states otherwise.
14. Dispute resolution
14.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes by negotiation.
14.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it is resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
