The desk that issues the badge, checks the document and hands over the merch

The morning of the event: a queue, three lists on three laptops, “do we have him?”, T-shirts ran out at size M, and nobody knows who got the last power bank. Aditum makes the desk one screen: find → check → hand out → record.

Desk mode at General Registration: participant search and the list of matches with verdicts

Several desks — each with its own summary

General Registration, Speakers & VIP, Help & Reprints. A desk sees only its queue and its numbers — how many passed, how many are waiting, what is running out.

  • Desks per badge group or category — configuration, not separate lists
  • A daily summary per desk and for the whole event
  • A desk operator works in their desk and doesn’t see the whole database

Find in a second: search, scan, document and photo

Surname, QR from the email or Wallet pass, application number. The card shows the photo, the document for checking and the security status — exactly what the operator needs, nothing more.

  • P3 document is masked; reveal only with a reason and a log entry
  • Security status is a separate axis: approved ≠ vetted by security
  • Duplicates and repeat applications are visible at once

Badge: issue, reissue, print the label

Badge groups and blanks per category. Label printing from the card. A reissue revokes the old QR — and the Wallet pass updates itself.

  • Badge blanks per group: attendee, speaker, VIP, press, team
  • Label preview before printing, one-click print
  • Lost a badge — reissue at the desk, the old QR stops working
Badge settings: label size, preview and blanks per group

Merch: sizes, quota per person, who is entitled

A welcome kit for everyone, T-shirts for the team by size, a gift for partners. The issuance rule is categories × countries × badge groups. The desk sees what a person is entitled to and what they already received.

  • Sizes and stock per item — no “I think M ran out”
  • Quota per person: a second T-shirt can’t be issued by accident
  • Entitlement by category, country or badge group
Issue dialog at the desk: the item, quantity within the quota, stock left

Equipment handed out — and back

Interpretation headsets, power banks, workshop laptops, radios, press vests. Who got it, when it’s due — daily or at the end of the event — and who is overdue.

  • Return daily or at the end of the event — a rule per item
  • Overdue items as a separate list with the participant’s contact
  • Live numbers: in stock, issued, on hand, not yet collected
The Handouts section: who is entitled, how many received, a breakdown by category
Live

Not “I think there’s some left”. Numbers — now

Every issue and return updates the summary. The manager sees all desks from a phone, the operator sees theirs.
