Three screens the guard and the guest see

The console is for the organizer’s team. At the event everything is decided from a phone: the guard scans, the guest shows, Wallet updates itself. No printed lists.

Scan. Verdict. The rule that produced it

The guard doesn’t have to remember who goes where. They scan the QR and see “Allowed” or “Denied” together with the rule that fired. Nothing to argue with.

  • The verdict and the rule on screen: zone → session → badge group → personal override
  • The day’s log: who, where, when, which device, which rule
  • Sign-in by device code — no accounts or passwords for security staff
  • Works at the gate, at the hall door, backstage — as many devices as you need

E-badge, programme, speakers — in the guest’s pocket

The guest registers no account and invents no password. A code to the registration email — and all their events with a badge are already on the phone.

  • Sign-in by a code from email — no password and no sign-up in the app
  • The list of confirmed events and an e-badge with a QR for each
  • Programme by day and room, speakers, partners — the same source as the site
  • Venue map and notifications about programme changes

A Wallet pass — the same badge, without an app

For the guest who doesn’t want one more app. The pass arrives in the confirmation email, updates and is voided together with the badge.

  • In the pass: event, dates, venue, name, category, badge group, QR, photo, the event’s colour and logo
  • No contacts or documents in the pass — only what can be shown to a guard
  • Badge reissued — the old pass is voided, the new one is already on the phone
  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — from one email

One QR per person for the whole event

Not a pass for a session and not a pass for a day. Rights live on the server — the QR only points to the person.

Rights change in the console, not at the gate

Moved a session, added an override for a VIP — Guard already knows. Nobody reprints lists.

A guard without an account, a guest without a password

A device code for Guard, a code from email for the guest. Minimum friction where the queue is.
