Who decides who gets into the event

Open registration, the organizer’s decision, or delegated approval: a ministry or an association sees only its own people and decides for them. The final word is yours.

Three modes — one switch

Open: an application is confirmed at once. Organizer: your team decides on every application. Delegated: an external party decides first, then you.

  • The mode is an event setting, not a separate product
  • A lab for 64 people runs open, a summit runs delegated
  • The final word in any mode is the organizer’s

An approver entity: country + organization + its people

A ministry, a chamber of commerce, an association. Its representatives see only the applications routed to them and decide for their own. Other applications don’t exist for them.

  • You invite the entity’s members; they have a separate, narrow sign-in
  • Entities can be copied from a previous event
  • An approver can be limited to categories or countries

An official delegation — by one link

A form bound to an entity is the link for a delegation. Everything submitted through it automatically goes to that country’s approver.

  • An entity can enter its delegation itself
  • A quota per entity: how many people it can submit
  • The organizer sees every country’s delegation in one catalogue

Statuses that don’t get lost in email

Pending, approved, confirmed, waitlist, declined, blocked. An application can be returned for review; every change is in the history with its author.

  • Bulk actions on selected applications
  • Saved views: “media pending”, “speakers confirmed”
  • A status change sends the participant an email at once
