The programme that the site, the app and the guard at the door all see

The schedule, speakers and partners are edited in one place. Move a session — the event site, the guest app and the access rule for that session all update. Nobody sends around an “updated PDF”.

The 14 October schedule: Hall E, Hall F1 and Hall F2 side by side

A schedule by day and room

Three days, three parallel tracks: Hall E, Hall F1, Hall F2. A programme item is dragged onto the grid; the system won’t let two items share a spot at the same time.

  • An overlap check — for rooms and for speakers
  • Unscheduled items — as a separate list
  • Planned duration and breaks for room changeover

52 programme items — from a keynote to coffee

Talks, panels, workshops, breaks, receptions. Each has a type, a title and a description in any languages, speakers with roles, partners, a capacity.

  • Item-by-item publishing: a draft never reaches the site
  • The access rule for a session comes from here too
  • Order and grouping — by drag and drop

Speaker cards — separate from applications

30 speakers with a photo, a bio, a tagline and roles in sessions: speaker, moderator, host. The public card is edited separately — a form answer never publishes itself.

  • The card is bound to the person’s application
  • Name and bio — in any languages
  • The card shows all of the speaker’s appearances

A partner catalogue with types

General, strategic, media — you define the types yourself. Logo, description, link, a binding to programme items and to a booth spot in a zone.

  • A session’s partner is visible in the programme
  • A booth is a numbered spot in a zone
  • The catalogue goes to the site and the guest app

Changed the time in the console — it updated everywhere

The event site, the guest app and the session access rules read the same thing. Nobody sends an “updated PDF” or learns about a change from participants.

The partner portal — in the works

To be honest: today the organizer manages partner cards and booth spots in the console. A self-service portal for partners isn’t there yet.
